Get cooking up your best vampire fiction and art and now that we're moving ahead finally, starting with July's zombie issue, we'll be picking from among your submissions and if we like what we see, we'll get in touch.

Stories should be a max of 350 to 375 words. This may seem very short, but in a magazine it takes up a lot of space. We may make very limited exceptions, but try to keep it under an absolute maximum of 450.

Images should be 8.5 x 11 inches or 2550 by 3300 pixels at 300 dpi. for full page images.  We can edit images to make them fit if we like them enough or if you already have something that you think would work for this. Creating something new just for this issue isn't necessary, but all fiction must be original and your own work. We cannot accept any fan based fiction.

If you would like to try your hand at writing articles, or have some inside information or leads on something coming up in October vampire related or horror, dark fantasy or scifi (which can also be in video games, Tv shows, and comic books) send your submission to me via private message, as posting that type of stuff publicly puts something that could be exclusive out there for everyone to see. I'll let you know if it's something we can use.
